Ironwood Ranch is excited to announce its new eco guided hiking in the West Maui Mountains area of Kaopala and Mailepai. Ironwood Ranch is conveniently located in the foothills above Napili and is only minutes away from Kaanapali through the Kapalua resorts. The hike is lead by experienced guides with the knowledge of the Hawaiian History of this area of the West Maui Mountains. You will be lead into lush tropical valleys as you learn about the Hawaiian Medicinal plants, folige and fana. You will see many of the local trees of the area consist of KuKui Nut, Norfolk Pines, Ironwoods, Mango, Cinnamon, Noni, Silk Oak, Braziian Peppercorn, java plum and Guava can be found seasonally. Lilikoi vines hanging from the canapy above also a seasonal fruit. The ranch has a large assortment of Organic Citrus. Oranges, Tangerines, Grapefruit, Lemons, Limes, Mango, Papaya, Lilikoi, Bananas and Guava. You will be able to pick fresh Organic fruit from the trees. The hiking tours can be for all levels.
Requirements:
- Kids need to be 5 years of age and able to walk on their own. No stollers or walkers
- Groups are up to 6 per hiking tour
- Private hikes are avalable and prices may vary

- One Hour Hike (3 miles) – $55.00 per person includes tax
- One & Half Hour Hike (4.5 miles) – $68.00 per person includes tax
- Two Hour Hike – $85 per person includes tax
